Year Over for Coyotes Anderson
Friday, March 31st , 2045
The doctors have spoken and Jimmy Anderson of the Washington College Coyotes didn't like what he heard. The 18-year-old starting pitcher is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Anderson sustained his season-ending injury during the Chicago College River Bats game yesterday at Coyotes Park. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Washington College medical staff reported Anderson had a torn rotator cuff and would be absent from the lineup for at least 10-11 months.

This year in 6 starts, Anderson has recorded no wins and absorbed 2 losses. He has pitched 19.2 innings, allowed 30 hits, struck out 6 and has a 7.78 ERA.
