 | 3-HR Dream Game for Forrest Tuesday, April 18th , 2045 Matt Forrest brutalized the Houston College Lakers pitching staff, launching three home runs in the 12-3 Brooklyn College victory at Lakers Stadium. The Brooklyn College Destroyers second baseman was red-hot, the ball just exploding off his bat all day. "I don't try to hit homers," he said later. "I try to go out there and put a good swing on the ball, and sometimes it is going to go out of the park. I didn't try to hit the first one or the second one or the third one." For the game, he went 3-for-5 with 6 RBIs and 3 runs scored. "Too much Matt Forrest today," Lakers manager said. "That's my assessment of the game. That's what our problems boiled down to." Matt Forrest struck out in the 2nd, flied out in the 3rd, walked in a run in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Jake Hanna in the 6th, hit a solo-shot off Roger Ryder in the 8th and hit a solo-shot off Mike Funicelli in the 9th.
