The hard-working and hard-playing Marc Karlin was rewarded with the FBL Junior College Player of the Week honors. The scrappy Los Angeles College Purple Warriors second baseman hit .536 while collecting 15 hits in 28 at-bats, 4 home runs and 10 RBIs.
