 | Chitty Wins FJUCO Prize, Named Best Hitter in April Wednesday, May 1st , 2041 Tom Chitty is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Washington College right fielder joined that select company when the FBL Junior College announced the results of April's voting. Chitty totaled 36 hits, 20 walks, 13 home runs, 32 RBIs and 28 runs scored last month to put together a .474 batting average and .600 on-base percentage. Chitty is currently batting .423 with 25 home runs, 56 RBIs and 55 runs scored. He has 77 hits in 182 at-bats. |   |
