 | Orange Kings End Wallace Streak Monday, April 11th , 2044 Steve Wallace's sizzling hitting streak was snapped at 25 games, as the Chicago College River Bats dropped their contest with the Mixco College Orange Kings, 8-6, at Orange Kings Park. Wallace failed to get a hit, finishing 0-for-4. After the game Wallace spoke with BNN and called his effort "quite a streak." "I just ran into some good pitching today," he said. To date this year, Wallace is batting .396 with 17 home runs. |   |
