 | Austin Benson Leaving Baseball Thursday, June 8th , 2045 Austin Benson may be retiring from professional baseball, but don't expect him to sit still. The Matanzas Mandarinas reliever today announced that this season will be his last. But at age 37, he still has big plans for the future. "I'm looking forward to traveling and seeing the world outside of FBL Triple A parks. I also want to start taking up some new hobbies and maybe start up a new business, too," he said. "I'm going to enjoy my retirement."
