 | Pinsent Swings for the Cycle Saturday, June 17th , 2045 Chris Pinsent saw a spectacular performance go to waste in his club's 12-10 loss to the Guadalajara Gooners at Morelia Stadium. The Fargo Ambush second baseman had 4 RBI and went 4-for-6, including hitting for the cycle, but his club went down to defeat anyway. "Everything they threw him, he was swatting around the field," said the Fargo skipper . "It really was a special performance for Chris. It's a shame we couldn't win the game, too." Chris Pinsent tripled in the 1st, hit a three-run home run off Jerry Kapczynski in the 2nd, grounded out in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and grounded out in the 9th. Thus far in 2045, Pinsent is hitting .248 with 11 home runs, 39 RBIs, 51 runs scored and has compiled a .338 OBP. |   |
