| Roche Laces 3 HR Against Castile Monday, June 26th , 2045 Francis Roche went yard three times in a Caguas Clementinas victory over the Castile Gunslingers at Castile Grounds.
"I was in a groove," he said. "Every pitch they tossed up there looked like a grapefruit."
For the day, the Caguas first baseman went 3-for-5 against Castile with 6 RBIs and 3 runs scored in a brilliant display of power hitting that led the Clementinas to the 11-0 win.
"I tell you what. I'm shocked because I didn't think that last ball had enough to get out," he told BNN reporters in the clubhouse following the game. "I thought it was just going to be a long out."
Francis Roche flied out in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Kyle Neely in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off John Thomas in the 5th, grounded out in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off Raul Marin in the 8th.
