The 23-year-old center fielder sent three bombs out of the park to help the Clementinas beat the Waco Woodpeckers, 7-4, at Gryphons Ballpark. "When you're in the zone, the game really slows down," Sotelo said when asked about his performance later. "I couldn't even tell you what pitches were thrown. Today feels great, but it is a long season and tomorrow is another day." For the day, he scored 3 times, drove in 7 runs and smacked 3 hits in 4 at-bats. Victor Sotelo hit a GRAND SLAM off Jon Oquendo in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Jon Oquendo in the 4th and hit a solo-shot off Andrew Nichols in the 7th.
