 | SL2 Awards Best Batter Prize to Rosales Monday, July 25th , 2044 The votes have been cast and counted and the winner of the Sub League 2 Player of the Week has been chosen. It was presented earlier today to Mario Rosales for his red-hot week of hitting. The Black Fork right fielder took home the trophy by splurging with 8 hits in 19 at-bats for a .421 batting average, driving in 11 runs and scoring 5 times. For the season, Rosales has produced 71 hits in 300 at-bats for a .237 average with 11 home runs and gotten on base at a .315 clip. |   |
