 | Boardley Collects Cycle Wednesday, April 16th , 2042 The Steward Bandits topped the Sacramento Spartans by a score of 10-9 at Pelicans Park, but all the talk was centered on left fielder Matt Boardley. The Steward star hit for the cycle in a show-stealing performance, powering his club to the win. Boardley went 4-for-6, collecting 1 single, 1 double, 1 triple and 1 home run to go along with 5 RBI and 2 runs scored. "I felt comfortable at the plate in a way I haven't felt all season," Boardley said after the game. "It was like they were throwing beach balls at me - the ball seemed that big. And it just floated in." Matt Boardley singled in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, hit a two-run triple in the 7th, hit a three-run home run off Vinny Hernandez in the 9th and doubled in the 10th.
