 | Helmick Star, Pitcher of the Year Award Winner Tuesday, October 18th , 2044 The Sub League 2 made the official announcement today. The 2044 Sub League 2 Pitcher of the Year Award has gone to Finley McMenemy of Helmick. He had a superlative season, chalking up a 7-3 won-lost mark with an impressive 1.62 ERA. McMenemy logged 14 starts, threw 78 innings, yielded 41 hits, struck out 76 and held the opposition to a .153 batting average. He received 23 first place votes out of a possible 24. Chandler Pratt of the Tampico Toronjas finished second in voting, while Bryan Tavizon of the Tampico Toronjas finished third with 1 first place vote.
