Firebirds Absorb 7-4 Loss at Pilots Park
The Seattle Pilots overcame a pretty good performance by Phoenix third baseman Saulo Masya, beating the Firebirds, 7-4, at Pilots Park. Masya slugged 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Seattle sits in third place in the United West at 26-36.

Seattle designated hitter Jesus Luna helped the Pilots go up, 3-1, in the bottom of the sixth inning. With the game tied, Luna hit a 2-run single off Phoenix pitcher David Zeits.

"I'm just looking to see the ball, hit the ball," said Luna.
