| Seattle Beats Atlanta, 6-4 | Seattle starter Juan Ochoa pitched well against the Atlanta Peaches at Peachers Park. The left-hander led his team to a win, 6-4. The winning pitcher was Ochoa, now 3-8. He tossed 5 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 3 and fanning 8. Seattle now sits at 26-41, while Atlanta falls to 27-40.
In the top of the first, 23-year old catcher Ryan Martinez hit a 2-run triple. The 1st triple of the season for the Seattle catcher put the Pilots on top, 2-0.
