The Mexico City Marauders picked up a win at Marauders Field, dropping the Seattle Pilots, 3-0. Santiago Negrete, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2041 draft, was the difference-maker. Nick Weaver picked up the save, his 24th. With the win over Seattle, the Marauders improved to 49-27.

Negrete confounded Seattle hitters. Over 8 innings, he allowed no runs on 5 hits.

"Obviously, you want to go out there and be good every time out," said Negrete. "I take the ball every day with the same mindset."
