Brian Kelly reached the 2000-hit milestone this afternoon at Marauders Field. The 41-year-old Pilots left fielder went 2-for-3 in a losing effort in the Seattle 15-4 defeat at the hands of the Mexico City Marauders .

Kelly is hitting .273 lifetime with 2001 hits, 346 doubles, 12 triples, 525 home runs, and 1361 RBIs to date. He has scored 1231 runs and stolen 29 bases.
