The home crowd had a good time watching the Seattle Pilots and Dallas Jets get after it.

A good performance from first baseman David de Alva helped the Dallas Jets defeat the Seattle Pilots, 14-1. de Alva was 4-6 with 2 doubles and 2 singles, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2 for the Jets. The Jets raised their record to 41-46.

Josh Rowe had a big 2-run double for the Jets in the bottom of the second inning. With Dallas leading 1-0 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a sinker from 20-year old left-handed pitcher Juan Ochoa and swatted a double to left-center. It was his 8th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Jets ahead, 3-0.

"Today was a lot of fun," said de Alva.
