| Peaches Sunk by Marauders | The Mexico City Marauders picked up a win at Marauders Field, taking down the Atlanta Peaches, 5-3. Starting pitcher Obelix Costanduros was a big reason why. Lucas Walters recorded the save for Mexico City, his 4th of the season. The Mexico City winning streak has reached 4 games.
The Marauders got a big at-bat from left fielder Felipe Tapia. For the game, Tapia went 1-4 with a double. In the bottom of the sixth, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 19th double of the season gave Mexico City a 3-2 lead.
Mexico City manager David Fields was pleased with the team's effort. "Our guys played hard," he said.
