| Jackals Continue Hot Start to Season With Win | The Jacksonville Jackals picked up a win at Jackals Stadium, knocking off the Arlington Arsenal, 5-3. On the mound for Jacksonville was right-hander Miguel Millan. He played a key role in the triumph. Dave Perez notched the win in relief. The left-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 1.2 innings. His record now sits at 2-0. Jacksonville has now won 3 in a row.
Camden Hodge, who leads the IL with a 1.209 OPS, helped out the Jacksonville cause in the bottom of the seventh inning with a run-scoring double. For the game, the catcher was 2 for 3 with a double and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.
"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Hodge told the Jacksonville Observer.
