| Arsenal Victorious at Philadelphia, 8-4 | The Arlington Arsenal downed the Philadelphia Fury, 8-4, at Fury Field. Erick Alvarado led the way, going 3-for-5 for Arlington. Arlington starter Rob Stern was credited with the win after throwing 101 pitches over 5.1 innings. His record now stands at 2-0. Arlington raised its record to 14-10 with the win.
Tom Cook, who is tied for 4th in the IL in runs scored with 17, aided the Arlington cause with a run-scoring single in the top of the fourth. For the game, the second baseman went 2-5 with 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
