| Mammoths Suffer 4-2 Home Defeat | Ryan Wentworth pitched well, but his team, the Montreal Mammoths, still dropped a 4-2 decision to the Tampa Bay Sunrays at Mammoths Field. Tom Parker earned save number 2. The winning continues for Tampa Bay, with the latest triumph making it 7 straight.
Tom Boatright Jr., who is tied for 5th in the IL in total bases with 46, helped out the Tampa Bay cause in the top of the sixth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the second baseman went 1-3 with a walk.
"We're obviously playing with a lot of confidence," said Tampa Bay manager David Fields.
