| Skinner Now 1-0 Following 1-0 Win | The Arlington Arsenal started the 2045 season win an impressive 1-0 win against the Jacksonville Jackals at Ballpark of Arlington. Brett Skinner, who led the UL in strikeouts with 174 in 2038, led the way for Arlington.
Jacksonville had little success against Skinner and his fastball. Skinner tossed 94 pitches over 7 innings for the Arsenal.
"We had trouble making good contact against Brett," said Jacksonville manager David Fields.
