| Baez Helps Hawks Run Win Streak to 6 | The Chicago Hawks trumped the Orlando Orange, 7-1, at Orange Park. Chicago third baseman Jose Baez was terrific. He was 2-3 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 and driving in 3. Adam Thompson earned the win for Chicago. He lasted 8.1 innings, allowing 1 run on 4 hits, while striking out 6. With the win, he raised his record to 3-2. Chicago has won 6 consecutive games.
Early in the game, Baez had a 3-run home run for Chicago. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Hawks on top, 3-0.
