Miami Makos starter Vic Marinez took the mound against the Arlington Arsenal at Honolulu Stadium; and, when all was said and done, the right-hander led his team to an extra-inning, 4-3 win. The Arsenal, at 22-21, have lost 4 straight games.

A defensive lapse proved costly in the contest. With the game tied in the bottom of the tenth, an error by the Arsenal allowed the Makos to score the winning run.
