| Fury Lasso 5-2 Victory | The Philadelphia Fury got a strong performance from pitcher Dave Kellermann, who stymied the New York offense en route to a win, 5-2, at Fury Field. Kellermann got the win, improving to 3-3. He gave up 3 hits and walked 1 over 7 innings. He allowed 2 runs. James Gambon nailed down his 16th save.
The Fury got a big at-bat from designated hitter Omar Hernandez. For the game, Hernandez was 1 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the first, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 5th home run of the season gave Philadelphia a 2-0 lead.
