| Hawks Grind Out 2-1 Win | Both teams had their chances, but the Chicago Hawks eventually prevailed.
In a low-scoring contest between the Chicago Hawks and the Boston Kings, former first round draft pick Luis Trevino proved to be the difference. The Chicago right-hander earned props for his performance in the 2-1 Hawks win. The win gives the Hawks a record of 25-47.
Grant Thompson had a direct impact on the outcome. Thompson contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the third inning to put Chicago up, 2-1.
"I pretty much put my pitches where I wanted to," said Trevino. | | | | |
