| Orange Roll Over Vipers, 9-2 | Orlando third baseman Cesar Dominguez was instrumental in helping the Orange triumph, 9-2, over the Detroit Vipers. Dominguez went 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. Jeremy Dolan got credit for the save for Orlando. It was his 1st of the year. Orlando improves to 46-29 with the win. They lead their division by 5 games.
With Orlando leading 1-0 in the bottom of the fifth, Dominguez hit a fastball from Kyle White for a grand slam home run. It was his 11th home run of the season and put the Orange ahead, 5-0.
"Our guys are never satisfied," said Orlando manager David Fields.
