| Arsenal Win at Detroit, 6-5 | The Detroit Vipers got a sterling performance from right fielder Luis Bojorquez, but the Arlington Arsenal still prevailed, 6-5. Bojorquez was 2 for 4 with 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Luis Calderon got the save, his 7th in 11 chances. The win puts Arlington at 42-40 this season.
The Arsenal got a big at-bat from designated hitter Bobby Pena. For the game, Pena went 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the top of the second, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 22nd home run of the season gave Arlington a 2-0 lead.
