| Hawks Deal Robbers 5-2 Defeat | The Chicago Hawks got a good effort from starter Stephen Wilkins in defeating the Toronto Robbers at Mounties Park. The final score was 5-2. Jarred Mudd collected his 3rd save. Chicago goes to 4-7.
Chicago used the hitting of Luis Hernandez to pick up the win. The center fielder clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Hawks on top, 2-1. For the game, Hernandez had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"We'll kick back tonight, then get set for the next one," Wilkins said.
