| Orange Pin 5-1 Loss on Miami | The Miami Makos went down to defeat to Vicente Santiago and his Orlando teammates. The final score was 5-1, in favor of the Orange. Orlando reliever Jeremy Dolan picked up the win, raising his record to 5-0. Roy Birley was tagged with the loss. Diego Marquez closed it out for his 25th save.
Xavier Ibarra hit a 2-run triple off Roy Birley in the bottom of the seventh, which put the Orange in front, 2-1. Ibarra had 1 single, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 2 for 4.
