Rangers Lose, 4-2, as Pilots Rally
The Seattle Pilots picked up a win at Globe Life Field, dropping the Houston Rangers, 4-2. Pat Rudd, who is a two-time All-Star, was the difference-maker. John Downey closed out the game, earning his 3rd save. The win gives Seattle a record of 4-3.

Seattle used the timely hitting of Jesus Luna to seize the win. The designated hitter stroked a 2-run single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Pilots on top, 4-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"I thought we played a nice game," Luna told the Seattle Gazette. "Good pitching, timely hitting, it was all there."
