| Arsenal Upend Makos, 5-4 | The Arlington Arsenal picked up a win at Honolulu Stadium, dropping the Miami Makos, 5-4. Victor Corral was the difference-maker. The winner was Corral. He threw 7.0 innings allowing 2 runs. The loser was Justin Brussow. Arlington goes to 8-2.
Jose Vertiz dealt the Makos a blow in the top of the fifth. Batting with the bases loaded and Arlington leading 1-0, Vertiz, the 21st overall pick in the 2043 draft, hit a 1-1 sinker for a run-scoring single.
