Hernandez Goes Deep Twice, Helps Hitters Top Pilots, 14-5
Led by Robert Hernandez, the Hollywood Hitters defeated the Seattle Pilots, 14-5. Hernandez, a native of Papasquiaro, Durango, slugged 2 home runs, while scoring 3 times and driving in 4 for the Hitters. Joe Fenton, who finished 5th in the UL in ERA with 2.21 in 2037, was the winner. He's now 2-0. The loser was Dean Holman. The victory makes Hollywood 6-4, as the team seeks a return to the playoffs in 2042.

With Hollywood leading 5-3 in the top of the fifth, Hernandez hit a fastball from Alex Renteria for a 2-run home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Hitters ahead, 7-3.

"We had some nice at-bats at the right time," said Hitters manager David Fields.
