In a low-scoring tilt between the Oklahoma City Twisters and the Denver Queens, Benjamin Lecomte, who won the Pitcher of the Year Award in 2042, was the difference-maker. The Oklahoma City right-hander spearheaded the 3-2 win. Chad Strickland closed the game out for Oklahoma City, earning his 3rd save. At 7-4, the Twisters have played well so far.

The Twisters got a big at-bat from catcher Mark Hodges. For the game, Hodges hit 2 home runs. In the bottom of the sixth, with the bases empty, he stroked a solo home run. His 5th home run of the season gave Oklahoma City a 3-2 lead.
