The San Diego Luchadors besoiled an otherwise fine performance by Mexico City center fielder Armando Vega by beating the Marauders , 7-5, at Luchadors Field. Vega was 3 for 4 with a double and 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Now 12-3, the 2045 Luchadors have been sensational so far.

Rob Court, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2043 draft, came through for San Diego with a run-scoring double in the bottom of the fifth. The designated hitter went 2 for 4 for the game, including 1 home run and 1 double. He scored 1 run and collected 2 runs batted in.
