He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Rangers. Miguel Jimenez, the winner, improved to 1-5. He held the Queens to 1 run on 4 hits over 5 innings, while striking out 4 and walking 3. The victory puts Houston at 16-23.
Endo got the Rangers off to a quick start. In the top of the first, with the bases loaded, he hit a 2-run single.
Houston manager David Fields commended his team for exhibiting "no shortage of effort."
