The Phoenix Firebirds topped the Dallas Jets, 2-0, in United action at Jets Field. The standout performance belonged to Phoenix pitcher and San Pedro Sula, Honduras, native Diego Fierro. Kevin Williamson was called on to finish, recording his 11th save. At 19-20, the Firebirds find themselves in third place in the United South.
