| Toltecs Win Close Shave, 4-3 | The Leon Toltecs defeated the San Francisco Pioneers, 4-3, in 12 innings in United action at Toltecs Field. Leon pitcher Josh Neal had a standout performance. The second-place Pioneers dropped to 22-20.
The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the 12th. With Leon trailing 3-2, Tony Guevara hit a fastball from Lesley Ekdar to center for a 2-run single. Just like that, the Toltecs had a walk-off win.
