Seattle Pilots starter Felipe Peralta pitched a good game to help his team take down the Hollywood Hitters, 7-1. Seattle is 18-25 and Hollywood, with the loss, 23-20.
It could have been a different outcome for Seattle, had it not been for Mike Taliercio, the 23-year old catcher . Taliercio contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the sixth inning to put Seattle up, 2-1.
"I think we all put in a good day's work," said Taliercio.
