 | Magana Snags Rookie of Month Trophy Thursday, May 1st , 2042 Last month Juan Magana tantalized and tamed Independent teams and ran up 4 victories. In addition the Miami starter also was awarded the league's Rookie of the Month trophy. He was honored for his outstanding performance during the month of April. Magana coasted through the IL with 4 wins and no losses and a 1.33 ERA as he struck out 46 in 40.2 innings and held opposing hitters to a .158 batting average. |   |
