The team today was officially eliminated from playoff contention. The Sunrays have missed the playoffs 10 times in their 22 years as a Federal Baseball League franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 2nd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2043. In the last 10 seasons, the Sunrays have missed the playoffs 3 times. |   |
