 | Postseason Bid Ends for Phoenix Wednesday, July 26th , 2045 The Phoenix Firebirds will soon be packing their bags and heading home for the year. The 2045 season won't involve a playoff run for the club, as Phoenix was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. Phoenix last appeared in the postseason in 2036. This is their 9th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 15 times in their 22-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Firebirds have made the playoffs 2 times. |   |
