"It's a tough day for everyone in the Montreal Mammoths organization," owner Kyle Carlton told reporters. "We will just have to come back stronger." This is the club's 9th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2032. In total, the Mammoths have missed the playoffs 15 times in their 18-year history.
