 | Jerome Hit Streak Reaches 20 Games Thursday, March 16th , 2045 Brendan Jerome has been ripping hits every day for a while now, and nobody seems able to stop him. The Edmonton HS first baseman picked up 1 more today against the Santa Ana HS Atlantics and now has a 20-game hitting streak. The Peregrines won the game, 9-8. "Definitely somebody's going to stop me at some point," he said later, chuckling. "I'll enjoy it for the time being." Brendan Jerome walked in the 1st, grounded out in the 2nd, struck out in the 4th, hit a two-run double in the 5th and struck out in the 8th.
