 | Hit Streak for Sabino Reaches 25 Friday, March 17th , 2045 The Monterrey HS Rough Riders stopped the Guadalupe HS Swashbucklers, 12-4, and Ramiro Sabino collected a base hit yet again. The Monterrey HS first baseman finished with 3 hits to run his consecutive-game hitting streak to 25. "I want to get a hit every time up," a visibly excited Sabino told reporters after the contest. "I want to get a hit every game I play. Right now, I feel like I could take this streak to 100 games." Ramiro Sabino hit an RBI triple in the 1st, singled in the 4th, hit a two-run double in the 5th, walked in the 6th and grounded out in the 7th. In the 2045 season Sabino is hitting .459 with 8 home runs. |   |
