 | Hit Streak for McAndrew Reaches 20 Tuesday, April 2nd , 2041 Martin McAndrew collected 2 hits in today's game and extended his hitting streak to 20 games. His club, the Edmonton HS Peregrines, beat the Mississauga HS Wingnuts, 8-2. "Right now, when they throw me the ball, it looks the size of a softball," McAndrew quipped to a BNN reporter after the game. "I'm excited about how things are clicking." Martin McAndrew struck out in the 2nd, flied out in the 4th, singled in the 6th, doubled in the 7th and struck out in the 8th. So far this season, McAndrew is hitting .400 with 13 home runs. |   |
