 | Swashbucklers Advance to Round 2 Saturday, April 22nd , 2045 The championship dreams are still alive for the Guadalupe HS Swashbucklers, while it's back to the drawing board for the Indianapolis HS Reds. By a score of 9-7, Guadalupe HS won the decisive game at Swashbucklers Grounds today. The Swashbucklers took the series 4-1. Jorge Flores of the Swashbucklers was named the Round 1 MVP. "All our guys are really focused winning the Round 3," Flores said. "I'm not too concerned about personal awards." The Guadalupe HS Swashbucklers don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the San Luis Potosà HS Flight - Edmonton HS Peregrines series. Edmonton HS leads the series 3 games to 2. The Round 2 schedule will be announced after the Round 1 finishes. |   |
