"We're off to the Round 2," said River Sharks second baseman Manny Sanchez, who was named series MVP after his club eliminated the Acapulco HS Typhoon by a series score of 4-2. "You can never take a win in a series like this for granted," he said. The Ecatepec HS River Sharks don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Zapopan HS Huskies - León HS Bulldogs series. Zapopan HS leads the series 3 games to 2. The Round 2 schedule will be announced after the Round 1 finishes. |   |
