 | San Luis Potosí HS Takes Round 1 in Deciding Game Tuesday, April 25th , 2045 The San Luis Potosí HS Flight and Edmonton HS Peregrines held nothing back in an entertaining Round 1 that went the distance. In the end, it will be San Luis Potosí HS advancing to the Round 2, after a 9-2 triumph in the final game at Peregrines Park, to wrap up the series 4-3. The Flight players celebrated jubilantly in their clubhouse after the game, while the scene was one of dismay on the opposing side for the Peregrines. Jose Barrera was named series MVP for San Luis Potosí HS. For the series, Barrera hit .375 with a .429 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 7 RBI and scored 5 runs. The San Luis Potosí HS Flight will play against the Guadalupe HS Swashbucklers in the next round. Guadalupe HS won their series against the Indianapolis HS Reds 4 games to 1.
