 | Best SL2 Pitcher Announced Monday, May 26th , 2042 Edmonton HS ace Cory Rodd put up some sensational stats for the 2042 season and has been voted the Conference 2 Pitcher of the Year Award winner. The 16-year-old Peregrines star made 9 starts and racked up a 4-1 record. He pitched 43.2 innings, collected 35 strikeouts, gave up 21 walks and 34 hits in holding the opposition to a .212 batting average. He received 25 first place votes out of a possible 30. Sean Morse of the Memphis HS Black Dogs finished second in voting, while Tommy Guppy of the Calgary HS Swarm finished third with 1 first place vote.
